Consilio is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join a nationally recognized corporate legal department on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major U.S. company’s continued growth and operations in the commercial real estate space.
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents.Advise internal business partners on real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.Oversee title, survey, and due diligence review processes.Collaborate with internal counsel, business units, and external partners to ensure timely and compliant transaction execution.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.Details : Pay : $75-85 / hr
Location : Hybrid in Memphis, TN – Open to remote after initial training period onsite
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 3-6+ months, with potential to extend
Licensing : Active license to practice law in Tennessee
Candidate Requirements
Licensed Attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.5+ years of commercial real estate experience (in-house or law firm setting).Demonstrated ability to handle complex real estate transactions with minimal supervision.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic corporate environment.Memphis-based candidates strongly preferred.
