Base pay range

$200,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Futura Search Partners is thrilled to be partnering with this fast-growing private credit shop, based in Midtown. The firm has $2bn AUM currently and are soon to announce their most recent successful fundraise, increasing AUM again.

They provide growth-stage businesses with non-dilutive, asset based finance.

We are pleased to bring to market a new Head of Investor Relations role at either Director or SVP level.

Overview : Lead LP communications and reporting for an ABF-focused private credit manager. No fundraising mandate; partner closely with the placement agent and senior executives. Manage and develop a team of two.

Core Responsibilities

• Own IR calendar and LP touchpoints (quarterlies, AGMs, updates, FAQs).
• Coordinate with placement agent on diligence requests and materials.
• Align messaging with CIO / Portfolio, Finance, and Compliance; ensure CRM / process rigor.
• Private credit experience (ABF exposure strongly preferred).
• In-house Investor Relations experience at an alternatives manager.
