Delivery Driver

Bright Flag Recruiting on behalf of Markline Inc., a local FedEx Ground contractor, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time delivery drivers in Vineyard, UT.

Our delivery drivers provide service to both local residents and businesses, operating out of the FedEx terminal at 526 E 1750 N, Vineyard, UT 84057.

Pay & Compensation

Training Pay : $185 / day

Post-Training Pay : $185–$225 / day (based on safety and attendance)

Weekly Average : ~$900 / week

Pay Structure : Greater of per stop, per package, or hourly

Payroll : Weekly

Schedule & Routes

Start Time : 8 : 00 AM until route completion (~6 PM)

Work Days : 5–6 days per week (typically Wednesday–Sunday or Wednesday–Saturday)

Stops : 100–250 per day

Vehicles : FedEx vans / trucks provided (no CDL required)

Responsibilities

Arrive at the terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages

Conduct pre / post-trip vehicle inspections

Operate delivery vehicles safely and competently

Handle and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs without damage

Accurately use GPS to navigate routes

Scan and log packages throughout the route

Requirements

21 years of age or older

Valid driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Report

Able to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Able to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs

No CDL required – company vehicle provided

Previous delivery experience is a plus
