Location : Reading, PA (training) / York, PA (post-training) / Remote eligibility after training Employment Type : Full-Time | Non-Exempt

About the Role : We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and promoting the company's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
• Process sales orders and related business documents using ERP software
• Address customer inquiries, resolve order changes, and ensure high service standards
• Maintain accurate customer records and generate routine reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet delivery commitments
• Support sales and marketing efforts through collaboration and market awareness

Qualifications :

Preferred :

Training Requirement : Minimum 30 days onsite in Reading, PA, followed by onsite work in York, PA before eligibility for remote work.
