Water Mitigation Technician

To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are adding a Water Mitigation Technician to our family. This position offers the opportunity to Help Families Put Their Homes and Lives Back Together by providing the Thomasville Touch to our customers who have recently experienced a loss.

• Roles & Responsibilities
• Communicate with crew chief and / or lead technician regarding customer needs and successfully meet those needs.
• Provide personnel availability for response to emergency services as required by Thomasville Restoration’s response commitment.
• Perform mitigation processes following Thomasville Restoration’s mitigation guidelines per work order, per crew chief and / or lead technician directions.
• Inventory and load the van with equipment, products, and supplies needed for jobs.
• Perform end-of-job / end-of-day cleanup and breakdown.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, and clean equipment appearance.
• Clean and disinfect equipment regularly.
• Inspect equipment for damage.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance checklists and equipment maintenance checklists, as assigned.
• Team members should take ownership of their job responsibilities. Identifying ways to be more efficient is also an important part of this position. b. Handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary.
• Handle other tasks and duties as business needs require.
• Please note that as business needs change you may be asked to assist with other tasks or duties.
• Qualifications :
• Valid Driver's License Required
• 1 year experience in disaster restoration preferred
• IICRC Certification Preferred

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
