Project Manager - Healthcare & Commercial Construction
Location : Wisconsin
Salary : $100K-$125K base + performance bonus potential
Experience : 5-8 years in commercial or healthcare construction
About the Role
Join a leading general contractor as a Project Manager overseeing healthcare and commercial construction projects. You'll manage projects from preconstruction through closeout - coordinating field operations, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Ideal for a professional ready to take the next step from Assistant Project Manager to full Project Manager responsibility.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of commercial, healthcare, or hospital construction experience
- Proven ability to run smaller projects independently
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Collaborative, humble, and growth-oriented mindset
- Track record of internal growth (e.g., intern → APM → PM)
