PHLEBOTOMIST - Marshfield, WI

Pay Rate : $26.00 / hr

Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025

⏳ Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 6 Days | 8- or 10-hour shifts

Position Highlights

  • Unit / Department : Phlebotomy
  • Care Setting : Acute Care
  • Guaranteed Hours : 40 hrs / week
  • Shift Schedule :

Hospital : 10-hour shifts | 04 : 00-14 : 00 (Wed-Wed)

  • Clinic : 8-hour shifts | Mon-Fri
  • Experience Required : Minimum 1 Year
  • Orientation : 8 Hours
  • Charting System : Cerner

    • Required Certifications

  • BLS (AHA)
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (NCPT - NCCT)
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (PBT - ASCP)
  • Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT - AMT)
  • High School Diploma or Transcripts required

    • Job Duties

  • Inpatient & outpatient blood draws
  • Responding to codes / traumas
  • STAT testing support
  • Arterial blood collection
  • Pediatric blood collection
  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment

    • Equipment / Systems

  • Cision handheld (clinic)
  • Lactate (Powerheart)
  • Collection Inquiry
  • Order Result Viewer (inpatient)

    • Additional Info

  • Trauma Level : 2
  • Floating : Yes
  • Holiday Requirements : Yes
  • Scrub Color : Any clean, professional attire
  • Works across inpatient and clinic settings
  • Note if candidate previously worked with Marshfield (must have 6-month gap)
  • Must clock in / out at facility
