Salary Range : 55k-62k annually
About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to grow your career in construction? We're looking for a motivated Construction Estimating & Change Order Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in cost estimating, change order management, and project coordination. You will work alongside experienced project managers and industry professionals, developing the skills needed to advance in construction project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing construction cost estimates across residential projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to collect pricing and scope details.
- Draft and process change orders under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help track and forecast project costs, identifying any potential risks or variances.
- Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure cost accuracy.
- Maintain organized project records and support client documentation needs.
- Learn and apply industry-standard estimating software and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or business preferred (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field (internships considered).Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to tools like Xactimate or Bluebeam is a plus.Strong organizational skills with an eagerness to learn.Clear written and verbal communication skills.What We Offer
