Job Description

Key Responsibilities

AI Prompt Engineering & Agent Development

Design and develop AI agents using Azure OpenAI services and large language models (nice to have).

Create test and refine prompts to enhance AI model performance accuracy and reliability.

Implement generative AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI Service.

Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model output quality and reduce hallucinations.

Develop conversational AI interfaces and intelligent automation workflows.

RPA Implementation & Management

Design build and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

Develop attended and unattended robotic process automation solutions.

Create desktop flows and cloud flows for robust automation coverage.

Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and platforms.

Maintain and troubleshoot automation solutions for continuous reliable performance.

System Integration & Development

Integrate AI agents with APIs databases and enterprise systems.

Develop automation solutions across both Windows and Linux environments.

Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and AI implementations.

Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.

Required Technical Skills

Core Programming & Development

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript C# or Java.

Experience with the Framework including Visual .

SQL for database development queries and data manipulation.

HTML / CSS for web-based automation interfaces.

AI & Machine Learning

Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI platform including GPT models and embeddings.

Knowledge of NLP frameworks such as NLTK SpaCy or Hugging Face Transformers.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and best practices.

Machine learning fundamentals and model implementation.

Computer vision experience for image processing and recognition tasks.

Microsoft Power Platform

Expertise in Power Automate (desktop and cloud flows).

Power Automate Desktop development for RPA.

Experience with Power Apps and Dataverse.

Familiarity with AI Builder for integrating AI into workflows.

Azure Cloud Services

Azure OpenAI Service deployment and management.

Azure Functions for serverless automation.

Azure Logic Apps for workflow orchestration.

Azure Active Directory for authentication / security.

Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates for deployment.

Integration & API Skills

Designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Working with SOAP services.

JSON parsing and manipulation.

API authentication using OAuth or API keys.

Webhook implementation and usage.

Data & Analytics

Data manipulation using Pandas NumPy or similar tools.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified : Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.

Certifications in Azure OpenAI or Azure AI.

UiPath Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere certifications.

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Associate-level certifications.

Additional Experience (Nice to Have)

Automation experience in Citrix or VDI environments.

SAP or other ERP system integration.

Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models.

Knowledge of OCR tools and document processing technologies.
