Ihre Aufgaben :

Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Fragestellungen des nationalen und internationalen Steuerrechts mit Schwerpunkt Deutschland (7 Gesellschaften)
Beratung und Betreuung bei Umstrukturierungen, Mergers & Acquisitions in steuerlicher Hinsicht
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, insbesondere in Bezug auf gesetzliche und latente Steuern
Betreuung der Konzerngesellschaften bei steuerlichen Betriebsprüfungen
Erstellung von Ertragsteuererklärungen

Ihre Qualifikationen :

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder der Rechtswissenschaften oder Gleichwertiges (FH, Finanzausbildung, Betriebsprüfer)

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer international tätigen Steuerberatungs- oder Wirtschaftstreuhandkanzlei oder einem internationalen Konzern

Bilanzierungskenntnisse nach HGB und IFRS / US GAAP

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Selbstbewusstes Auftreten in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften zur Erreichung der Geschäftsziele

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Stanort München (50% Homeoffice möglich)
