Job descriptionPrepare job sites for trenchless operations, including setting up equipment, traffic control, and site safety measures. Conduct pre and post-rehabilitation inspections using CCTV and other inspection technologies to assess pipeline conditions and ensure the quality of repairs. Interpret and work from engineering plans, drawings, and specifications related to pipeline rehabilitation projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the rehabilitation process, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding environment and community. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to protect workers, the public, and the environment. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including those related to wastewater management and environmental protection. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, material usage, and project progress reports. Provide detailed reports on the condition of pipelines before and after rehabilitation, including any recommendations for future maintenance. Work closely with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure successful project completion. Provide training and guidance to junior team members or apprentices on trenchless rehabilitation techniques and safety procedures. Must possess a valid driver's license Ability to work an average of 50 - 60 hours weekly Ability to work out of town and / or state 5 days a week Ability to work outdoors in all-weather conditions Willing to work in and around confined spaces and municipal sewer systems Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and driving record report consistently Ability to perform physically demanding task and lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs

The Pipeline Rehabilitation Technician is responsible for the inspection and rehabilitation of sanitary and storm sewer collection systems. This role involves a variety of tasks including but not limited to; robotic camera inspections, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, and spray applied coating systems to restore and maintain the integrity of underground sewer systems without extensive excavation. The technician ensures that all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
