DESCRIPTION  Circle Medical is headquartered in San Francisco and is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Medical Records and Mail Processing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and understands the importance of confidentiality and accuracy in a healthcare setting.This is a part-time opportunity working out of our San Francisco administrative office.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, process and action mail received by the practice
• Accurately and intelligently distribute pertinent mail pieces to the relevant departments : Finance, People, Legal, and Clinical
• Review, scan, and process medical records received by the practice according to a defined process, ensuring providers have quick and accurate access to health information
• Prepare and mail records and associated documentation as requested by patients, providers, and insurance companies
• Securely handle, store, and dispose of all records in accordance to all legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience

$20 - $24 an hour COMPENSATION This is a part-time opportunity working out of our San Francisco SOMA location. Hourly rate will range from $20-24 depending on experience.As a part-time role, this role is eligible for sick leave and paid time off.
