About The Position

• Prepare and maintain sterile field for cardiac surgeries
• Scrub in and assist surgeons during CABG, valve, aneurysm repairs, and other cardiac procedures
• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are ready and functioning properly
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
