Due to ongoing firm growth, they are actively seeking a Tax Manager with a focus in International Tax to join their leadership team.

Position Summary :

As a Tax Manager International Tax, you will serve as a subject matter expert, helping clients manage complex cross-border tax strategies, compliance, and planning. You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of middle-market businesses and high-net-worth individuals engaged in international operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and review international tax compliance, including U.S. reporting requirements for foreign operations
• Provide tax planning and advisory services for inbound and outbound international structures
• Research and advise on international tax implications for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
• Interpret and apply U.S. tax laws and treaties in global contexts
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Lead and mentor team members, helping to develop junior staff
• Stay current on international tax legislation and trends impacting client industries
