Slab Will Call Lead Bilingual (Spanish / English)

Location : Onsite in Denver, CO Schedule : MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM, Saturday 9 AM3 PM (40 hours / week, 5 days only) Type : Contract-to-Hire

We're looking for a Slab Will Call Lead to oversee a dynamic tile order desk and customer-facing environment. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you'll lead a team, manage customer interactions, and ensure smooth operations across departments.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the Slab Desk Will Call area, ensuring quality and efficiency across the team
• Act as the escalation point for CSR staff and customers
• Assist walk-in customers, answer calls, and respond to emails / faxes
• Perform data entry for tile orders using internal systems and Excel
• Collaborate with showroom, warehouse, and order desk teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
