Job descriptionThis position works closely with managers, physicians, mid-level providers, and nurses in a team setting to deliver high quality patient care in an efficient and effective manner. A strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and function in a fast-moving work environment are essential functions of this job. High school diploma or equivalent. One year working in an ophthalmic practice. BLS certification within 90 days of date of hire or transfer. Associates Degree Two years working in an ophthalmic practice. Certified Ophthalmic Assistant or Tech, COA or COT
