Keller Williams is seeking a driven and dedicated Productivity Coach to mentor and develop newly licensed real estate agents. This leadership position is centered on guiding agents as they build, grow, and sustain successful real estate careers.

As a Productivity Coach, you will provide consistent accountability, hands-on training, and one-on-one mentorship while ensuring agents implement Keller Williams’ proven systems, models, and tools. Your leadership will play a key role in helping agents achieve measurable success and in driving the continued growth and performance of the Market Center.

Compensation :

$125,000 - $192,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions for new agents.
• Hold agents accountable for their lead generation and production goals.
• Track performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
• Assist agents in building business plans aligned with their goals.
• Collaborate with Market Center leadership to align with growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of productivity, accountability, and success.
• Enter and update lead data in CRM.
• Use email templates and texting tools for client communication.
• Track and organize tasks and appointments for agents.
• Assist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellers.
• Support the team by maintaining organized client workflows.
• Monitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomes.
