Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other licensed professional. The LPN is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care within the scope of their training and licensure. This role involves assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting overall clinical operations to ensure quality care.

Monday-Wednesday

10 : 00AM-6 : 00PM

Thursday

11 : 00AM-7 : 00PM

Friday

9 : 00AM-5 : 00PM

35 Hours Per Week

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Practical Nursing program.
• Current NYS licensure as an LPN required.
• BCLS certification; venipuncture; EKG certification.
• 1 year of LPN experience in an ambulatory health facility preferred.
• Good computer skills required.
• Good oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Speaks, reads, writes English required to the extent of the position.
• Bilingual Preferred English / Spanish or English / Russian.

Pay Range

USD $36.48 - USD $42.11 / Hr.
