At Focus Physical Therapy in Rancho Santa Margarita, we're hiring a part-time or flexible-schedule Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who wants to work in a clinic that prioritizes quality time with patients, supportive teamwork, and professional growth

What You'll Love About This Role :

Compensation & Perks :

  • Pay : $30–$37 / hour (DOE)
  • Schedule : Part-time, flexible hours (10–30 hrs / week)
  • Optional Benefits : PTO accrual, CEU support, 401(k) match (based on schedule)
  • Mentorship from experienced PTs – including OCS, FAFS, NG360 certified clinicians
  • Growth opportunities – Leadership and specialty tracks available

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Licensed PTA in California
  • Positive, adaptable, and excited about helping others
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (new grads welcome!)
