The Senior Sales Representative will identify and develop business within an established geographic multi-state territory for Honeywell Sensing Solutions. Ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, who is able to collaborate within a cross-functional support team to defend and grow business.

The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors, including experience, education, location, and other relevant criteria. This role is INCENTIVE eligible. The estimated application period for this position is 40 days from the posting date; however, this may change depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Travel approximately 50% of time. We are looking for a road warrior who will maximize time in front of customers.
• Work with territory team (Field Application Engineer & Regional Distribution Manager) to drive order and revenue growth at customers within assigned territory.
• Build and manage a pipeline to support quota attainment.
• Communicate Honeywell value proposition effectively with various stakeholders; to both OEM customers and distributors who support them.
• Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback for future product development.
• Use Salesforce.com CRM as proactive tool to monitor and manage growth.
• Follow the HSS Sales Playbook to ensure best Salesforce.com practices.
• Collaborate with your manager to establish a strategic plan to meet targets.
