Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Performance
Deliver movement optimization, recovery, and performance coaching for active individuals.
Use advanced diagnostics (DEXA, VO₂ Max, EKG, spirometry, and more) to uncover insights and guide action.
Translate results into plain, motivating language patients can act on.
Clinical Operations
Perform or assist with daily diagnostics, phlebotomy, and lab draws (training provided if needed).
Ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and integration of test results into care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and integrative care team members to personalize treatment.
Growth Track : Leadership & Management
Support daily clinic operations and patient flow.
Gain exposure to mentoring interns, coordinating staff, and driving operational excellence.
Develop into a future clinic leader as the organization expands—training provided.
Requirements Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who bring :
A degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
Preferred : Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential (not required).
1+ year of experience in a clinical, athletic, or wellness setting.
Interest in diagnostics, preventive care, and patient coaching.
Strong communication skills with a passion for motivating others.
Tech-savviness with EHRs, CRMs, or wellness platforms is a plus.
