Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy hands-on warehouse work? Johnstone Supply | The Balsan Group is seeking a motivated Counter / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll be the face of our branch, assisting customers at the counter, while also supporting warehouse operations and deliveries to ensure our customers get the HVAC / R products they needon time and with excellent service.

Your Day-to-Day : Counter Sales

Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls with professionalism

Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and specifications

Process sales orders, returns, and warranties efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized counter area and showroom

Stay up to date on new products and industry trends

Warehouse & Delivery

Accurately pick, scan (RF scanner), pack, and stage orders for delivery / shipment

Receive incoming products, verify against purchase orders, and stock in designated areas

Load / unload trucks and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

Deliver HVAC / R parts and equipment to customers / job sites, ensuring courteous and timely service

Conduct vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols while driving and handling materials

Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization

You're a Great Fit If You :

Have experience in counter sales, warehouse operations, or delivery driving (HVAC / R experience a plus)

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Are proficient with POS systems, basic computer applications, and RF scanners

Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Can lift up to 75 lbs and are comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods

Are reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
