SAP Co Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong experience in Controlling (CO), FERC, and FICA to provide high-level L4 support for a global SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing end-user issues and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L4-level SAP FICO support for complex production issues across Finance and Controlling.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve critical FICO incidents, ensuring stability and continuity in the production environment.
• Support and enhance processes within General Ledger (GL), AP / AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, Cost Center Accounting, and related areas.
• Lead issue resolution involving FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable).
• Support accounting and reporting processes aligned with FERC standards.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements, pain points, and system dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to drive functional specs, testing, and deployment of fixes.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and best practices.
• Manage communication and expectations with end users, business partners, and leadership.
• Prepare documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials as needed.
