End User Support Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

  • Provide high-level customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure end-user productivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing equipment / software issues.
  • Perform restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at the end-user location to resolve problems.
  • Resolve issues referred by help desk support, following standard procedures and guidelines.
  • Recognize and solve typical problems, selecting solutions from established options.
  • Communicate moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
  • Manage own workload as an individual contributor under general supervision.

Required qualifications for the position include :

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop and remote support.
  • Advanced knowledge and support for :
  • Windows 10 / 11

  • Office 365
  • Printers (Networked)
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Experience with Office 365 support.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ServiceNOW.
  • Preferred qualifications for the position include :

  • Experience with Azure AD.
  • Advanced networking knowledge.
  • Pay Rate Range : $27.02 - $29.72 per hour.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
