Operations Supervisor

Hiring for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our high-volume catheter manufacturing line. This role is responsible for supervising 3040 operators and assemblers, ensuring efficient scheduling, build execution, and timeline tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device manufacturing, hands-on approach to team support, and have some engineering work history.

• Lead and manage a team of 3040 operators / assemblers on the catheter production line
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, build execution, and timeline tracking
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Provide hands-on support to the team when needed to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production line
• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and career development
• Support transition and scale-up activities for new product introductions
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a medical device manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of catheter manufacturing processes and high-volume production
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage scheduling and production timelines effectively
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and team support
• Engineering experience or technical education preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambition to grow into a Manufacturing Manager role

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
