Schedule : Sunday 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm (Overnight) Monday - Tuesday 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 30 am Wednesday - Thursday 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 30 pm

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

The purpose of a site Access Control Officer is to provide a constant security presence on the interior and exterior as well as respond as necessary to needs at the property. Access Control Officers are responsible for patrolling and inspecting the common areas on a routine basis to ensure that access is controlled, the HOA's rules are being followed, and the property is well-maintained. Access Control Officers must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have approached the Kiosk.

Who You Are (Skills / Experience)

Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience. A hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is required At least 6 months of security experience is preferred Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired Polished and professional appearance and demeanor Upbeat and positive team player attitude Strong judgment and solutions-oriented Proactive customer service approach
