Position Summary : An LPC who provides a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and / or case management services for individuals, children, couples, groups, and / or families, as appropriate to position. Will participate in case consultation and present cases at clinical meetings.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Including but not limited to psychosocial assessments, progress notes, telephone consultation, brief assessments, patient education
An understanding of the workings of school systems

Education : LPC position requires a Master's degree from an accredited program.
Experience : Must have previous experience as an LPC in a professional clinical setting, maintaining an EHR, while providing therapeutic services. Group and family treatment preferred but not required.
Language Skills : Must speak, write and read English proficiently. Spanish preferred but not required.
Licensure / Certification Required : LPC position requires a Master's degree from an accredited program, a current license from the Connecticut State Board of Registration and passed a national or state-certified licensing exam and is CPR certified.
