NyproMold, Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience across various IT functions within a global manufacturing environment. The IT Intern will support the team in daily operations, projects, and problem-solving, contributing to the efficient and secure functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist IT support staff with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Provide basic technical support for network connectivity, printing, and common application problems.
• Participate in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new IT equipment (e.g., computers, monitors, peripherals).
• Document IT processes, procedures, and inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Support IT projects by performing research, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion of access.
• Learn and apply IT best practices related to cybersecurity and data privacy.
• Collaborate with various IT teams to understand different functional areas (e.g., infrastructure, applications, security).
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT department's objectives.

Job Qualifications

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
