Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Eastern Time)
Pay Rate : $20 / hour
Equipment Provided : Company laptop (candidate must have internet access, no specific requirements)
Position Summary :
The Learning & Development Associate provides administrative and service support in a client service environment, focusing on training and learning management. This role involves daily interaction with business partners, assessing training needs, submitting requests, tracking deliverables, and managing learning content and curriculum through a Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities :
Route documents in Veeva Quality Docs for revisions and approvals.
Manage learning-related requests from business areas or L&D professionals.
Create, submit, and track course and curriculum setup / modifications in the LMS .
Run and analyze LMS and ServiceNow reports to support planning and monitoring.
Use Excel to consolidate data and organize for learning request submissions.
Track and manage periodic course and curriculum reviews using spreadsheets, forms, and email.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and escalate issues when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Preferred : 2+ years in corporate Learning & Development and / or Human Resources.
Preferred : Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) such as SuccessFactors Plateau.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.).
Proficient with technology tools and able to work independently with large datasets.
Strong analytical skills and ability to offer consultative solutions to clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with document management systems like SharePoint , Documentum , or Regulus is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.
