Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 $230,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

As the Senior Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of multifamily construction projects, particularly those involving podium construction. Your expertise and leadership will guide on-site construction operations, manage subcontractors, and uphold our commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to the project schedule, budget, and specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to address project requirements and changes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reports to monitor project milestones.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction, with specific expertise in podium construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
