Job descriptionMust have valid driver’s license Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion. Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs. Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility. Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order. Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle. Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed. Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision. Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence. Adheres to the facility dress code. Supports and helps maintain the building’s systems under the direction of the ENS Director, including but not limited to heating, cooling, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, oxygen, and communication systems. Also performs general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plastering, refinishing, flooring, and related work.

Prior experience will be considered
Educational Requirements : High school graduate or GED required.
Experience Required : General maintenance and repair experience preferred.
Professional Licensure and Certification Required : N / A
