Job Description :

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Field Service Engineer onsite at Cannon AFB, NM

Responsibilities include :

  • Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.
  • Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements.
  • Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Here's what you need :

  • 5 years +, Intel / Ops background, familiarity with mission command systems, preferably a bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of Linux Systems experience.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting distributed systems in an enterprise production environment or mission command experience.
  • 1+ years working with and understanding networking, including addressing, sub-netting, routing, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • 1+ years of experience with system administrative scripting.
  • Must have a Security+ certification.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% CONUS and OCONUS (valid US passport required)
  • Must complete required onsite training(s) at client site
  • Required to be available to provide on-call duties
  • Bonus points if you have :

  • Field Operations experience
  • Past experience troubleshooting desktop and web applications.
  • Collect customer requirements and train users.
  • Willingness to work occasional long hour days and weekends when necessary.
  • Desire to learn new technologies to share and build knowledge with the teams.
  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Security Clearance :

  • An active TS / SCI clearance in DISS is required to start
  • As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.     The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

    97,300-$196,500 USD
