Job descriptionEfficiently operate warehouse equipment with a focus on safety Navigate and execute tasks within the WMS and 4D system using handheld scanners or On-board Computer Recognize and address discrepancies promptly Collaborate with team members and leadership Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and initiative Transfer knowledge effectively to colleagues and new hires Ensure compliance with company standards, attendance, and punctuality Participate in team effectiveness and establish positive working relationships Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills Understand company culture, strategic vision, and the impact of their role Actively listen and communicate thoughts clearly Successfully pass a drug screen and background check as part of the hiring process

Material Handler (Forklift Certified)
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
- Proficient in desktop and portable computers, including electronic database navigation
- Comfortable with prolonged standing in a warehouse environment
- Valid and unexpired Forklift Certification
