1st shift- Part-time Operator- (Shifts : 10-2 M-F or 7-3 : 30 T,W,TH)- 15.00 hourly

Part-time Assembly, Resize, Fabrication and Finishing As a part-time worker, you will be assigned to work rotationally floating between Assembly / Resize, Fabrication, Finishing and other departments as assigned.

Trainers will be assigned to assist in the learning process.   Minimum Requirements :

• Must be 18 years of age and / or   enrolled in the Work Based Learning Program (Thomas County or Thomasville City Schools) Fine motor dexterity skills required to maintain quality and productivity Basic problem-solving and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills; Conflict resolution skills Written and verbal communication skills Able to multi-task, adaptable and an analytical thinker Able to utilize Micrometers, gauges, and other hand-tools for measuring and inspecting Able to read and following instructions outlined in production documents Work Shifts : Candidates can choose the following shifts : 20 hours per week Monday through Friday (10 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 00 p.m.) 24 hours per week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (7 : 00 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m.) Pay : $15.00 / hour (paid weekly) EOE / AA / M / F / ET / D   Powered by JazzHR
