Position Summary

Experience / Education :

Required : High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred : Post high school technical training and / or two years construction or maintenance experience

General Description

• Resolve and complete in a timely manner paperwork, work orders, and invoices
• Ability to handle basic repairs around the restaurant
• Painting inside and outside of buildings
• Plumbing – knowledge to address leaks, clogs, or other drainage issues
• Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building
• Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with a building's electricity and / or equipment
• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
• Repairing faulty equipment and damaged structures
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
• Planning and scheduling repairs
• Maintaining inventory records for equipment, work trucks and supplies
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Keep job site clean and organized
• Maintaining proper sanitation control
• Load trucks and organize materials for the job at hand
• Ordering parts and materials that are needed
• Work as a team member
• Maintain Forklift certification
• Performing other duties as assigned or directed
