Utilize your specialized plan-of-care interventions to innovate patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements :

We’re looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria :

Current state RN license.

Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.

ACLS / PALS certification required within six months of hire.

One year of experience preferred.

What You Will Do :

Your responsibilities will include :

Performing plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.

Documenting patient care provided.

Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assisting patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and nutrition.

Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers and referrals.

Evaluating learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.

Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
