We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and hard working team member to support our team in various event set up & breakdowns. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an exceptionally positive attitude. The helper will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of high end weddings, galas, corporate events, and more, while providing high-level support to executives and team members.
Responsibilities
Assist with setting up events on-site at luxury venuesCarefully navigate carts carrying expensive and delicate event decor and floral arrangements.Set up a variety of props, vases, florals, linens, and tablesBreakdown all event dcor after the event concludesRequirements
Willingness to assist executive team members during set up and breakdownAvailable schedule during season (October - May)Ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment for extended periods of timeExcellent verbal communication and listening skillsAbility to pass a Background Check and Drug TestMaintain a Clean and Professional appearance on-site at all timesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesA proactive approach to workWeekend, Holiday, and Night availability is requiredFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.If you are an enthusiastic individual looking for an opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a supportive team, we encourage you to apply for the Special event helper position.
