Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team while overseeing strategic projects from initiation to completion

Manage compliance filings and ensure timely submission of state-mandated reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years in data quality with leadership and project management experience

Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

Prior exposure to audits and regulatory filings

Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
