What you'll do...

• Direct compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure consistent human resource practices.
• Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
• Oversee talent management processes including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead human resources project management, ensuring alignment, budget adherence, and effective communication.
• Provide guidance and consulting to management on human resources issues and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Analyze operational processes and implement action plans to enhance performance and reduce noncompliance.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 6 years' experience in human resources or related area OR 8 years' experience in human resources or related area . 2 years' supervisory experience
