Jouett RT Associates is a respiratory-focused home health agency providing advanced in-home pulmonary care and rehabilitation. Our therapists work closely with complex, high-acuity patients, including those with:

· Neuromuscular disorders (including ALS)

· COPD and chronic respiratory failure

Position Details

· Job Type: 13-week contract (with option to extend, renew, or transition to full-time employment based on patient census)

· Compensation:
• Weekly salary: $1,250–$1,400, based on patient census and visit volume
• Gas and Toll Tag Allowance included
• $50 per visit for each completed visit above baseline
• Completion bonus awarded at the end of contract upon meeting all obligations

· Service Areas:
• Flower Mound / Lewisville / Denton
• Fort Worth / Mid-Cities/ Arlington
• North Dallas / Dallas Proper

· Schedule:
• Monday–Friday with rotating weekends (flexible scheduling)
• Evening visits based on patient needs

· Work Setting: In-home care (Dallas -Fort Worth Metroplex)

Responsibilities

· Provide in-home respiratory therapy visits and assessments

· Deliver services including:
• IPPB therapy
• Cough assist and suctioning
• Tracheostomy and ventilator management
• COPD management and nebulizer treatments
• Pulmonary rehab and vent weaning
• Caregiver training and education

· Document all care accurately and timely in accordance with company and payer requirements

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

· Texas RRT or CRT license (Required)

· BLS certification (Required)

· ICU or critical care experience (Required)

· ALS experience (Preferred)

· Must reside in one of the listed service areas

· Reliable transportation (Required)

Work Location

Field-based throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (not a remote position)
