Job Summary :
As eCommerce Growth Consultant in the Electric Power Division, you ensure customers can acquire the right part at the right time. You increase customer and dealer visibility to our online ordering platforms and make sure every customer, no matter the size, has an option that meets their needs. You work closely with internal partners and dealers to identify growth opportunities and support field team execution.

Business Development : Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; the ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
Value Selling : Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; the ability to provide overall product / service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Summary Pay Range :
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
