Senior Manager of FP&A

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, translating financial insights into strategies that drive growth and efficiency

Design scalable FP&A processes, reporting packages, and KPIs to enhance clarity and accountability across the business

Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles, providing guidance on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with department leaders

Required Qualifications

7+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment

Proven success in building and improving forecasting and budgeting processes, including tool implementation

Strong stakeholder management experience with cross-functional teams

Advanced analytical and modeling skills to distill complex data into clear narratives

A proactive builder mindset, comfortable operating with limited structure
