Description :

Bedside shift reporting, utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this role.

ASAP start is required.

Home Health / Hospice RN position for 5x8 hour days from 08 : 30 to 16 : 30.

Variable end times may apply.

Call may be required as needed.

You must agree to work a minimum of one major holiday.

In-home visits are required with a service area of a 40-mile radius.

Efforts will be made to keep staff within the same area for assignments.

You will be required to cover patients in community-based retirement homes.

Mileage will be reimbursed according to IRS policy.

1-2 years of experience in utilizing Hoyer lifts preferred.

Skills required include admission assessment, case management, medication administration, and infection control precautions.

You will be expected to perform routine visits, discharges, and manage a variety of patient needs.

Patient populations include adults and geriatrics.

Interdisciplinary support will be provided by physical therapy, social services, and pharmacy.

Candidates may float to other areas as needed.
