Are you a friendly, caring, and patient housekeeping professional? We are seeking a housekeeper to join the team at Living Care! Help us keep our residents’ environment attractive, clean, and safe with weekly apartment cleanings and yearly deep cleanings. You’ll also assist with individual resident needs, such as laundry and cleaning of wheelchairs and other equipment as needed, and you’ll pitch in to keep our common areas clean and appealing to residents and guests.

Housekeeper Minimum Requirements
Previous Housekeeping experience in senior living or a hospitality setting preferredMust possess strong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to interpret written instructions, and to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team membersMust meet all health-related requirements pertaining to state licensureMust maintain current CPR / First Aid credentialsMust maintain current Food Handlers credentialsSubject to pre-employment screening including physical, drug and TB testing and criminal background checkHousekeeper Essential Functions
Responsible for weekly cleaning of assigned resident apartments including; dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning counters and other surfaces, cleaning appliances, sinks and fixtures, general tidying, and emptying trashResponsible for annual deep cleaning of assigned apartments according to Community deep cleaning scheduleIn conjunction with Care Department team members, ensures that resident linens and towels are changed and laundered according to laundry schedule, and as needed due to incontinenceAssists with resident laundry as necessaryResponsible for cleaning community common areas according to the assigned schedule including; hallways, elevators, lobby, living room, dining rooms, activity areas, wellness center, and other sitting areasResponsible for cleaning spills and soiled areas of carpets and furniture in a timely mannerAssists in cleaning walkers, wheelchairs, and other resident equipment, as neededAssists with other housekeeping duties as assignedOur Company follows WA Proclamation 21.14.1 which requires all employees working in the Health Care Setting be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless they are exempt for medical and religious reasons.
