Exciting Fleet Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Technician to join our team. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our vehicles and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.

Diagnose and repair complex problems with diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.

Conduct safety inspections on all vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in fleet maintenance and repair.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred.

3+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair, preferably with a focus on diesel engines.

ASE certifications or equivalent preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management software.
