Weekends : Every other weekend

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year Behavioral Health RN experience

Required :

Active AR state or multistate RN license

BLS

CPI or SAMA preferred (can be completed at facility)

Position Overview :

Seeking a Behavioral Health Travel RN for a 13-week day-shift assignment in Springdale, AR. The RN will provide direct care to adult psychiatric patients and will be accountable for utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. The role requires strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and the ability to lead, delegate, and safely coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities include :

Assessing and caring for adult psychiatric patients

Demonstrating leadership and clinical judgment

Maintaining competencies through continued education

Delegating care appropriately based on staff experience

Providing supervision and direction to assigned personnel
