We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Ready Frame Assembler to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling components using cut lists, hand stacking lumber, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring all work meets quality and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assemble ready frame components according to cut lists and blueprints
  • Hand stack and organize lumber efficiently and safely
  • Verify measurements and quantities to maintain production accuracy
  • Track materials and assist with inventory control
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines at all times

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in construction, framing, or manufacturing preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read and follow cut lists and instructions
  • Physically capable of lifting and stacking lumber
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
