Job Description

Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet client expectations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare detailed project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. Mitigate risks by identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures. Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and healthcare standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager Healthcare should have :
