SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager, Analytics to lead our data and analytics function, driving insights that shape brand, operations, and customer experience strategies across our growing restaurant business. This role will transform raw data into actionable recommendations that improve decision-making, optimize performance, and support both corporate and franchise markets. The Sr. Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver reporting, forecasting, and advanced analytics that support both day-to-day business needs and long-term growth strategies.
JOB DUTIES (include but are not limited to the following)
o Build and execute an enterprise-wide analytics strategy to improve decision-making across the business.
o Develop scalable reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to measure performance across sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience.
o Leverage data science techniques (forecasting, segmentation, predictive modeling) to identify business opportunities and risks.
o Partner with senior leadership to translate analytics into actionable business strategies.
o Build a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
o Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to measure campaign effectiveness, menu performance, and guest experience drivers.
o Work with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
o Collaborate with Supply Chain and IT to ensure data accuracy, system integration, and scalable analytics infrastructure.
o Present insights and recommendations to the C-Suite and franchise partners.
o Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all business data sources.
o Partner with IT to evolve data warehouse and business intelligence tools.
o Champion best practices in data management, reporting, and visualization.
o Establish KPIs that track business health and operational performance at both corporate and franchise levels.
o Monitor trends, identify anomalies, and provide proactive recommendations to improve business.
o Create and maintain executive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance.
