Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and program Bosch Intrusion Detection and Alarm Systems (B9512G, B8512G, G Series, B Series, and related panels).
- Integrate intrusion systems with video surveillance, access control, and building automation systems .
- Perform system testing, calibration, and commissioning in compliance with customer specifications and Bosch certification standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, or software-related issues.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, floor plans, and system schematics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and service records.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and end-users to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems.
- Provide end-user training and system demonstrations when required.
- Follow safety, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices during installation and servicing.
Qualifications :
Bosch Intrusion Systems Certification (Required).Minimum 3–5 years of experience installing or servicing intrusion detection or burglar alarm systems.Familiarity with Bosch RPS Software , D9412GV4 / GV3, and B / G Series control panels.Knowledge of UL, NFPA, and local building / security codes .Experience with other platforms (e.g., Honeywell, DMP, DSC, or Napco) is a plus.Strong network troubleshooting and low-voltage wiring skills.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with Genetec Security Center , Milestone, S2, Axis CommunicationsUnderstanding of IP-based intrusion and integrated security architectures .Experience working in schools, government, transportation, or large enterprise environments .Compensation & Benefits :
